It has been a very special Autumn for the Friends of Seva Mandir.
At the beginning of October, Sir Mark Tully visited the UK and it was an opportunity for a few Friends to hear Mark talk about his unique perspective on living in modern India with so much poverty on his doorstep. Mark wrote insightfully on Seva Mandir in his book India: The Road Ahead
At the end of October, the President of Seva Mandir’s Board of Trustees, Ajay Mehta, and his wife Aditi Mehta visited the UK. John Bercow, Speaker of the House of Commons, very kindly hosted a reception at the Speaker’s Chambers in the Houses of Parliament.

Oliver Gillon has written our November Newsletter. Such a simple compelling story on helping kids.
Diwali was particularly special because it was at that moment that we met our annual fundraising target of £175,000 in just seven months. As ever, that is thanks to you our Friends. Thank you very very much.
One of the wonderful things about Seva Mandir is that every extra penny raised will be used wisely. Therefore, our satisfaction in reaching our financial targets is quickly replaced by a desire to continue to promote the good doings of the charity and to continue to raise funds.
Everyone says: Christmas is a time of giving. We leave it to you to decide what you can give to Seva Mandir. Click here to donate.
